「知っておきたい英語イディオム集」の記事でお知らせしましたが、沢山あるイディオムの中から、実際に聞いたことのあるもの、使われているものを厳選して紹介していきます。
アルファベット順にすすみますので最初はAで始まるイディオムです。
せっかく英語のイディオムを学んでいるので、日本語の意味を確認する前に英語の説明を読んで想像してみましょう！
英語のイディオムは意味を考えながら何度か音読するのも効果的ですよ☆
意味や語句、例文とコメントをつけますが、学習者が「流し読み」するだけでなく「覚えるために」情報は最低限に抑えます。
覚えてほしい語句にはオンライン辞書のリンクをつけますので、意味を英語で読んで英語で理解しましょう。単語の音声も聞けますので音もしっかり聞いてください。
